Here is something I wrote about how to use storytelling techniques to create engaging microcontent from long-form content.

This summer I worked as an editor on this paper, and it's a really interesting topic. It describes the challenges of managing systemic change at the scale needed to handle wicked problems, and presents three case studies that use different techniques for mapping and managing the complex systems around the particular problems they are trying to solve.

I originally got involved with this project because the writer of the case study on transforming the family justice system in Canada reached out to me for assistance, and I am so glad that I was tapped for this job. Through it, I learned a lot of new concepts and frameworks on system thinking and change management. Figuring out how to transform entrenched, self-reinforcing yet dysfunctional systems is the problem of our age, and we could all stand to learn some new tools.
