Her expertise in behavior change psychology, along with training in Common Cause, Changelogy, and Design Thinking, demonstrates her deep understanding of driving meaningful transformations.

Kirsty's professional journey includes being recognized as the 2013 Victorian Environmental Educator of the Year, receiving training from Al Gore as a Climate Reality Leader, and serving as a Compass Leadership for Women Ambassador in 2017.

Currently, Kirsty is known for her role as a Co-Founder at Connect The Dots, where she continues to make a difference by fostering wildlife conservation efforts and mentoring aspiring female leaders.

She has also held key positions such as Education Innovation Leader at Zoos Victoria, Mentor Development Coach at The Climate Reality Project, and Head of Professional Development and Communications at Cool Australia.
