Kirsty Lewis is the founder of The School of Facilitation, a boutique training business she established in January 2015.2 With over two decades of experience in facilitation and training, Kirsty has worked with major brands such as Diageo, Chanel, and Jacob Douwe Egberts.1

Kirsty's career journey includes:

  1. Starting as a graduate at Bass Plc from 1996 to 1999.2
  2. Working at Diageo GB as a Commercial Development Manager from 1999 to 2004.2
  3. Serving as Global Sales Capability Manager at Diageo from June 2005 to December 2007.2
  4. Running her own sales coaching business, Blutortoise Ltd, from January 2008 to December 2017.2

The School of Facilitation, founded in 2014, focuses on two main areas:

  1. Creating community and learning spaces for freelance trainers and facilitators.
  2. Supporting Learning and Development teams in designing and delivering effective learning programs.2

Kirsty is passionate about workshop design, facilitation, and training trainers. She also hosts a podcast called "A Facilitator's Journey: Real Life Stories," where she interviews trainers and facilitators about managing their businesses.3

Kirsty holds a BSc in Geography from The University of Manchester and has certifications as an Insights Practitioner and NLP Master Practitioner.2
