Kirti Varun Avasarala brings over 15 years of multi-functional leadership experience. He has a proven track record in building and scaling high-performance product management organizations, shaping strategic directions for high-growth tech companies, advising CEOs on strategic priorities, and executing complex cross-functional projects.

Currently serving as the Chief Product Officer at Meesho, a fast-growing e-commerce startup in a phase of hyper growth, Kirti leads various functions like product management, analytics, design, user research, and talent branding.

Prior to Meesho, Kirti held key positions at renowned companies such as Flipkart, where he led product management for strategic growth products like Flipkart Plus, SuperCoins, and Ultra. He was also the VP & Head of Product Management (CPO) at ShopX, focusing on technology-driven commerce solutions to benefit a wide audience.

Kirti's career spans various roles, including a Product Leader at Amazon, overseeing India-specific product innovations for the Amazon.in platform, and a Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, where he advised clients in the Financial Services sector and built the Fintech practice in India.

With a background in the FMCG industry from ITC Limited, Kirti has diverse experience in project management, operations, and performance improvements. He holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.

Beyond his corporate roles, Kirti actively engages in angel investing and advising tech startups working on disruptive products in B2B and B2C sectors, showcasing his commitment to fostering innovation and growth in the tech industry.
