What an amazing chapter - Gap Inc. will forever hold a special place in my heart. It’s where I put voice to skill and found a purpose worth standing on the front lines for each and every day.

Today the team invited me back for a rooftop brunch send off - proof that beauty and celebration can be found even during our toughest decisions/moments. I am forever grateful for the love, support, and the revolution we led together. The marathon continues and the new adventure begins in just a few weeks.

Pinch me, yesterday was a dream! So many moments that matter with our amazing teams and partners. From our Power of the Collective Council discussion on Black Excellence to our amazing Juneteenth Exhibit and Reception, I had the opportunity to be present, reflect and be proud of all of the amazing work underway.

How do we inspire teams to tackle deep societal, systemic problems over the long haul? The answer is of course layered, but just start with being present.
