Kiyo Kobayashi is a serial entrepreneur and investor, currently serving as the Co-Founder and CEO of Noxx, an AI-powered platform for hiring remote engineers.135 He founded Noxx in October 2021 to address the challenges of hiring pseudonymous talent while ensuring legal compliance.23

Prior to Noxx, Kobayashi founded Nobot (also referred to as Noxx in some sources) in 2009, which became the second-largest mobile ad network in Japan before being sold to KDDI Group in 2011.12 After the successful exit, he moved to San Francisco in 2013.2
