Kodjo M. Lee is a highly experienced product development professional with over 15 years of work experience in various industries such as automotive, aerospace, and renewable energy. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree from Kettering University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Energy System Engineering from the University of Michigan - Dearborn. Lee is also a solar energy expert certified by the Solar Energy International (SEI) for both battery-based and residential/commercial photovoltaic systems.

Currently, Lee serves as a Charging Performance Engineer at General Motors, where he ensures battery charging meets customer's expectations for the new Ultium battery. He is also the Community Outreach Chair of GM's African Ancestry Network (GMAAN). Moreover, Lee also has experience founding and leading the employee-owned and operated renewable energy cooperative, Family First Solar.

Throughout his career, Lee has held various positions such as Lead Design Engineer, Design Release Engineer, and Product Design Engineer at Ryter Cooperative Industries, General Motors, and Webasto, respectively.

Lee is highly skilled in areas such as project and application engineering, product design, manufacturing, and testing. He is also interested in renewable energy, battery technology, and sustainable development.
