Highlights
It has been a month since I graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Computational Neuroscience and a minor in Applied Analytics. My success over the past few years is a testament to the wonderful community that has supported me in becoming the scholar and learner I am today. All my love to the people who have shown me so much grace and patience. You mean the world to me.
Since graduating I have had the privilege of traveling with friends and family, especially enjoying my time with my paternal grandparents. We have engaged in the cultural ritual of becoming wildly emotional about the Indian National Cricket Team and gorging on mangoes and pineapples. Though in their mid-80s, they are both avid readers and learners, remaining increasingly curious about space, the stock market, and social politics. They are both academically accomplished but have remained full-time caregivers for my uncle. They are models of curiosity, intelligence, and humility, though they would never admit it. (In fact, I am sure my grandfather would even give me grief for the performative nature of this post.)
I am full of hope and excitement (and a bit of fear) about my move to Boston, but am ready to take on this next chapter in my life, hopefully in the image of my grandparents.
I am happy to share that I have accepted a position as a Market Access and Strategy Consulting Associate at IQVIA in the Boston office! While I will miss the community I have made in LA, I am so excited about this opportunity and to begin my professional career. Thank you to Deanna Passaretti and Tanay Patri for your help and guidance through the recruiment process.
And, of course, a huge shoutout to Ryan Rafi who has become a mentor, friend, and confidant. You have been the best guide through the consulting world.
