His diverse experience spans platform development, program management, performance consulting, organizational change, executive leadership, and new ventures. Kord has collaborated with EdTech startups, large/mid-cap companies, and global firms, showcasing his adaptable skills in various domains.

Kord's skill set encompasses entrepreneurship, multi-methods research, sustainable strategy, platform models, consultative sales, stakeholder management, value modeling, capability development, systems/design thinking, and shared value creation.

Outside of work, Kord enjoys traveling, spending time with friends, meeting new people, attending live music events, watching professional sports, learning, walking his dog, and contributing to a balanced and prosperous 21st Century for all.

Education-wise, Kord pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a MA in Instructional Systems Design & Technology from the University of Central Florida, and a BS in Business/Marketing Education from Southern New Hampshire University. He also studied at Clemson University and Brother Rice High School.

Throughout his career, Kord has held prominent roles in various organizations, including Vice President Strategic Partnerships at KiwiTech, Founding Partner at BASE-K2 Venture Partners, Director Of Business Development at City & Guilds Kineo, and Consulting Manager at Accenture, among others.
