Kristen Reynolds is a passionate professional currently pursuing a PhD in American Studies at the University of Minnesota. With a strong background in diversity, equity, and social justice, Kristen has demonstrated expertise in communication, public speaking, and workshop design, implementation, and facilitation. Kristen holds a Master's Degree in African-American women's Literature from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, as well as Bachelor's degrees in English from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and in Science from Johnson C. Smith University.

Kristen's educational journey includes a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Johnson C. Smith University, a Master's Degree in English Language and Literature from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in American Studies at the University of Minnesota.

Throughout Kristen's career, she has held various roles including Assistant Director at University of California, Davis, Race & Ethnicity Program Coordinator at Sonoma State University, Program Coordinator at Sonoma State University, Africana Student Life Coordinator at Oberlin College, Graduate Life Fellow at UNC Charlotte, and Graduate Enrollment Assistant at UNC Charlotte. Kristen's expertise lies in mediation, sustained dialogue, and a deep understanding of African-American women's literature.
