Kristi Fairholm Mader is a professional with a diverse background and a passion for fostering partnerships and connections.

With a Master's degree in International Leadership from Simon Fraser University, a Diploma in International Business Management from Capilano University, and a BA in Child and Youth Care from the University of Victoria, Kristi has a solid educational foundation.

Throughout her career, Kristi has held key roles in various organizations, including Managing Director at Thrive Impact Fund, Director of Innovation and Initiatives at Scale Collaborative, and Fellow at RSF Integrated Capital Institute.

She has also contributed to initiatives such as Ready to Rent BC, Social Enterprise Catalyst, and The Cleaning Solution as a Co-Leadership Team member, Partner, and Board Member, respectively.

Kristi's experience extends to Planned Lifetime Advocacy Networks (PLAN) where she served as a Director, and Canadian Mental Health Association, Vancouver Burnaby, where she held the position of Business Development Coordinator.

Additionally, she has shared her expertise as a Master Trainer at the Canadian Red Cross, showcasing her commitment to community well-being and development.

Passionate about driving inclusive, proactive, local, and sustainable practices, Kristi seeks engaging and dynamic opportunities to propel communities forward.
