Kristin Matthews is an experienced educator with a diverse academic background and extensive experience in instructional leadership.

She holds a Master of Education (MEd) in Educational Leadership and Instructional Practice from Lipscomb University, where she achieved a remarkable GPA of 3.85.

Kristin also pursued studies in French Language and Literature at Université Paul Valéry (Montpellier III) during a Study Abroad/Internship program.

Additionally, she enhanced her language skills by studying Spanish Language and Literature at Universidad de Málaga as part of another Study Abroad program.

Prior to this position, she was a Literacy Coach and a 2nd/3rd Grade Teacher Leader at the same school. Kristin also contributed as a TFA Institute Instructional Coach at Teach For America.
