Highlights
Today is the 15-year anniversary of the first-ever TEDx! That day sparked a global phenomenon expanding to more than 40,000 events around the world. More importantly, TEDx proved a radical idea that instead of just focusing on growth alone, we can achieve greatness by building something bigger than ourselves and succeeding through enabling the success of others.
When we first met with Chris Anderson 1.5 years earlier, our mutual goal was to create a replicable model that would scale, but I don't think either of us dreamed it would become so big.
