Additionally, she serves as the Associate Program Chair for the World Open Innovation Conference, showcasing her leadership in the field.

Krithika Randhawa has collaborated with the London School of Economics on impactful research projects focusing on global benchmarking of management practices in sectors like manufacturing and health. These projects were conducted for prestigious organizations such as the Australian Department of Industry, Innovation and Science, New Zealand Ministry of Economic Development, and various Australian Health departments. Her diverse educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Open Innovation from the University of Technology Sydney, an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, and studies at the Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration.
