IMEX 2024 is just 5 weeks away. If you're an exhibitor looking for ways to maximize your investment with more appointments and leads, here are three LinkedIn actions to take: ⬇ 𝐁𝐄𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐄:

  1. Have everyone* post that they are attending and include your Booth Number and the IMEX Booking Link if you want to fill your appointment slots. *Everyone means you, your co-workers, any partners who are in your booth, and the social media manager of everyone's company. Amplify each others' posts.

𝐃𝐔𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐆: 2. Post every day from IMEX. 3-4 photos including a few with you work best. In the description, mention something you learned that day and make sure to @mention (LinkedIn for "tag") everyone you can. Don't forget hashtags like #IMEX24 and your own organization's hashtag plus some general industry ones like #meetingsandevents or #meetingprofs

𝐀𝐅𝐓𝐄𝐑: 3. Once you've caught your breath the following week, do one last IMEX post summarizing the week. It's a similar format to #2. If you know how (Canva) or you can draft a social media expert, do a quick video montage of top photos.

Want to be more Proactive in generating leads? Engage prospective clients who are 𝐋𝐢𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 on your posts by commenting back and then inviting them to connect, referencing the post comments for context.

Hope that helps.
