Was amazing to check out the recent PILOT Inc. Customer Roundtable hosted at Diageo's beautiful offices. The level of engagement, insight, and warmth across the incomparable Jeanine Dooley, Jen Fox, Jason Jahn, Helen Scalise, and Sujatha Menon Zafar was incredible, and honestly a template for customer roundtables and feedback for Gaussian's other advisees and portfolio companies (hint - make it valuable to customers by creating an environment in which they can speak to each other and learn from each other).
Thank you Ben Brooks for having me, Jeanine for the peerless hospitality (perfectly aligned with Diageo's mission around "celebration"), and the entire PILOT team who was at the roundtable: Beth A Gatsik, Rachel Crice, Josh Young, Jeff Walburg, Layton Boyd, Alyson Rinaldi, Corey Ann Seldon, Mel Marquez, Liz Palm, Matt Corker 💫, Admira Adovic M.S., Korey Rich. Keep up the ceaseless dedication to customer needs...
