Kyra Lise is an experienced professional specializing in market-based real estate development strategies aimed at supporting sustainable growth and fostering opportunity in diverse communities.

With a background in the arts, Kyra transitioned her career to focus on urban revitalization, starting in Pittsburgh where she served as a Main Street manager and co-founded Cool Space Locator, a nonprofit brokerage facilitating the integration of tech businesses into redeveloping neighborhoods.

During her tenure as the Real Estate Department Director at the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh, Kyra led significant projects such as the development of South Side Works and the successful sale of properties from the Pittsburgh Public Schools portfolio, while also contributing to the establishment of the Pittsburgh Land Bank and implementing modern data analytics into the department.

In 2017, Kyra moved to Portland, Oregon, working as the Director of Development and Investment at Prosper Portland, where she played a key role in projects like the Broadway Corridor redevelopment strategy and the Affordable Commercial program.

Currently, Kyra Lise holds the position of Director of Real Estate Development at the Port of Seattle, where she continues her work on impactful projects. She is also engaged in writing a book focusing on the future development of cities amidst challenges like climate change and technological advancements.

Kyra pursued her Bachelor's Degree in History at the University of Colorado Boulder, providing her with a solid academic foundation for her professional endeavors.
