Lalit W. is an IT professional with an Applied Bachelor of Computer Science Degree and ITIL Service Manager certification. With over twenty years of experience in the Government Sector, Lalit has demonstrated expertise in IT Service Management and Business Transformation. Lalit has played a key role in developing and implementing ITIL standards within the Ontario Government, focusing on Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Level Management.

Lalit has been instrumental in creating Major Incident Protocols for critical services within the Ontario Public Service (OPS) and has actively engaged in Business Relationship Management to meet customer/client requirements.
