Lance Carlile, LEED AP O+M, is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in commercial and retail asset management, property management, and green building strategies in the NYC market. He is renowned for spearheading initiatives that have led to the largest portfolio of energy star labeled buildings in NYC and the LEED-EB certification of three commercial office buildings at the LEED Silver level. Lance is deeply committed to integrating his expertise in property management with his enthusiasm for green and high-performance building operations to drive sustainability and reduce our environmental impact.

Lance's specialties include asset management, property management, green and high-performance building operations with LEED AP O+M certification, the development and execution of capital programs, economic development, and being a licensed real estate broker. He holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Illinois State University.

Throughout his career, Lance has held key positions such as VP, Asset Management at Vornado Realty Trust, Board Member at BOMANY, Director at REBNY Commercial Management Board of Directors, Senior Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle, and Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development at NYC Economic Development Corporation.
