Highlights
Day 2 of ACI’s Summit on PFAS, in NYC.
Yesterday we heard from a US EPA director on the agency’s pursuit of its enforcement and compliance initiatives, including PFAS. We heard from six state environmental regulators on the implementation and interpretation their respective states’ PFAS statutes. And we heard from engaging lawyers and scientists on how organizations can rise to the challenges set by these regulations and manage their PFAS litigation risks.
I’m very excited for another deep dive today into PFAS legal matters.
I’m in NYC this week to attend ACI’s Summit on PFAS, where we’ll hear from EPA and state regulators as well as top minds in regulatory and litigation practice on how businesses can navigate the evolving legal landscape over so-called “forever chemicals.”
