Lany Harijanti has over twenty years of experience working in development programs as a Programme Analyst/Manager, with expertise in sustainability, capacity building, advocacy, and interagency coordination.

She has a proven track record in partnering with national and local governance, private sectors, civil society, and academia to lead the development of proposals, guidelines, training modules, assessments, and evaluation reports.

Lany Harijanti has successfully managed grant/project management teams to achieve their objectives, with a focus on various critical issues including Corporate Sustainability Reporting - GRI Standard, MDGs, and SDGs implementation.

Her experience extends to health governance, specifically in Global Fund AIDS, TB, Malaria grants management, access & delivery, procurement supply chain management, patent, and competition framework.

Moreover, she has dedicated efforts towards advocating for women's rights, particularly in the realms of gender-based violence, human trafficking, and gender mainstreaming, along with a strong commitment to human rights encompassing SOGIE, protection, and disaster response.

Lany Harijanti has held significant roles in several renowned organizations, including serving as the Regional Program Manager ASEAN at Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), and in the capacity of Country Program Manager at GRI, Country Representative at Rutgers WPF Indonesia, Program Manager SDGs & Poverty Reduction at UNDP, NPO Gender at United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), amongst other notable positions.
