Larry Vetea Tchiou is a seasoned entrepreneur, ecosystem builder, and tech consultant with a background in engineering.

Having traversed various global cities such as Paris, New York City, San Francisco, Beijing, Shanghai, and Singapore, Larry brings a wealth of international experience to his endeavors.

In his 15+ years as an entrepreneur, he has worked across different sectors including NASDAQ-listed tech firms, nonprofits, public services, and startups.

As a co-founder of makesense, a renowned global community, Larry has led initiatives that engaged over 100,000 volunteers supporting 8,000 social entrepreneurs worldwide.

Additionally, he founded UNFRAMED, the first impact tech accelerator in Southeast Asia, and spearheaded Singtel Future Makers, a regional program aiding over 300 startup ventures.

Larry is an accomplished speaker, startup mentor, and lecturer at ESSEC Business School, advising governments, corporations like Johnson & Johnson, and supporting entrepreneurship ecosystems across various countries.

He holds dual MS degrees in Computer Science and Information Systems Management, with additional education from Stanford University, Peking University, and other prestigious institutions.
