Laura A. Paul is a Research Agricultural Economist in the Resource and Rural Economy Division of the U.S. Department of Agriculture Economic Research Service.45 She holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural and Resource Economics from the University of California, Davis, a M.A. in Economics from Duke University, and an A.B. in Economics from Kenyon College.4
