Part-Time Second In Command Hiring a part-time junior to mid-level second in command. Great opportunity for a flexible schedule and growth. Duties include researching potential invitees, managing invitation distribution and RSVP lists, assisting with seating plans, ticketing, and on-site event help. Hours will vary from week to week depending on event schedule, but nights and potential weekend work will be needed.
Ability to maintain the utmost confidentiality (NDA signature required) and calm under pressure in fast paced environments is a must.
Pay commensurate with experience, $30 to $50 per hour depending on experience level. Guaranteed number of hours per week is negotiable, with potential to grow into a full-time role.

On-site Event Help We’re adding to our onsite event staffing team in Los Angeles. Duties include front of house guest relations, on-site ticket distribution, guest check-in, in-theater seating assistance and troubleshooting. Note that events typically have a late afternoon to early evening arrival (4:30 to 5:00pm) and can last into the night. Events also take place on occasional weekends.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with potential pivots and while maintaining calm under pressure is a must. Previous on-site event experience and knowledge of various event check-in systems is a plus, but not required.
Pay is flat rate of $200 per event, with most events being 3 to 4 hours of work. Additional pay will be provided for events needing staffing of 5 hours or more.
