Dr. Lauren Alexandra Clarke is a UK trained Doctor and holds a Bsc in Disaster Management from Coventry University. With a strong background in disaster management, both locally and internationally, she brings a wealth of experience to the field. Her interests span across disaster medicine, emergency response and planning, global health, and training & exercising. Dr. Clarke pursued a Bsc (Hons) in Disaster Management, Reconstruction, and Development at Coventry University, and later completed her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S.) in Medicine at Kings College London. Throughout her career, she has held various roles in renowned organizations such as the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) as an Emergency Health Officer, Medical Services, including positions at the NHS in different capacities from Junior Doctor Operational Lead to Out of Hours Coordinator. Dr. Clarke has also been involved in diverse projects globally, from disaster relief efforts to public health initiatives, demonstrating her commitment to serving communities in need.
