A long-overdue LinkedIn update: After over 4 years with the Chicago Mayor’s Office, and across two mayors, I left my role as Deputy Chief Equity Officer in late February for a much-needed sabbatical. The gift of time and reflection reminded me that while I've been lucky enough to be part of incredible projects, the people I have worked with -- and the values they lead with -- make this work worth it.

For my next chapter, I am excited to share that I am launching my own consulting practice. My experience working in city, state, and federal government has taught me how to design intentional strategy, governance, and accountability across programs -- and how to lead racial equity trainings that drive impact and action (especially with white folks). If this sounds up your alley -- let's chat!

If you or anyone you know is interested in potentially collaborating, please send them my way either through a direct message or via [email protected], and thanks in advance for your support and positive energy!
