I’m happy to share that I’ve been promoted to Global Chief Impact Officer at IDEO! I'm thrilled to expand my scope of work to drive IDEO's global ESG strategy, including our equity, inclusion and sustainability work. I joined IDEO 5 years ago as an introverted business designer and thanks to the support of many mentors, peers, family and friends (and of course God's plan)...now I'll be officially joining the C-suite. I am proud and humbled to have recently graduated from the The Aspen Institute First Mover's Fellowship Program. This leadership development program stretched and inspired me in ways I thought impossible at this point in my career. Additionally, my Aspen project allowed me to dedicate a year to designing and iterating what I believe is the future of leadership. A way of leading that is grounded in inclusion and inspired by the impact I hope to have in the world. It has been an endlessly rewarding and introspective journey. I am so grateful to have had this experience.
