Lauren has a wealth of experience in the nonprofit sector, having held significant positions at various reputable organizations. Currently, she serves as the Managing Director of Development at Nia Tero, where she plays a crucial role in shaping the organization's fundraising strategies and donor relations.

Previously, Lauren held the position of Associate Director of Philanthropy at The Nature Conservancy, where she honed her skills in donor engagement and fundraising initiatives. Her leadership abilities were further showcased during her tenure as the Executive Director at Seattle Central College, where she oversaw the strategic direction and growth of the institution.

Prior to her role at Seattle Central College, Lauren held several key fundraising positions at City Year, including Director of Strategic Advancement, Associate Development Director, and Senior Development Manager. These roles allowed her to develop expertise in grant management, donor stewardship, and cultivating strategic partnerships.

Earlier in her career, Lauren served as a Grants Manager at Casa Central, where she gained valuable experience in grant writing and management within a nonprofit setting.
