She has served as the Chief of Staff in the Development and Alumni Relations Office at Bank Street College of Education, where she also held positions as Associate Director of Prospect Research and Special Projects, and Prospect Research and Stewardship Manager.

Prior to her tenure at Bank Street College of Education, Lauren worked as a Manager of Prospect Research Analysis at the International Rescue Committee and as a Major Gifts Officer at God's Love We Deliver.

Her professional journey also includes positions such as Membership and Advancement Associate at Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum, Research Associate at Relationship Science, Membership Staff at The Franklin Institute, and involvement with Citi Program, a division of Brany.
