Highlights
Decision fatigue is real. Analysis paralysis is rampant.
The challenge of organizational decision making came up as a topic on two of my coaching sessions this morning.
😩 Often it's unclear how decisions are made, and just to make it extra fun, it's also unclear who is actually in charge of the decision rights.
Which can really slow things down, cause confusion, and just be downright frustrating when you want to move fast.
I recently found this awesome video resource from the Conscious Leadership Group with a simple framework for defining decision rights.
If this is a challenge for you or within your organization at large, check it out!

Think imposter syndrome will go away with experience? That couldn't be less true.
You think... "If only I knew more" "If only I had more experience" "If only I'd done this before"
Then... "I wouldn't feel so insecure as a leader" "I'd know what to do in this moment" "I would be more confident in hard decisions"
But the self-doubt, anxiety, and stress that comes with imposter syndrome actually have nothing to do with your experience, how much you know, or your seniority.
If anything this new data shows the opposite.
The higher you go, the more you experience imposter syndrome.
Korn Ferry spoke to 10,000 professionals from entry level to CEO for their Workforce 2024 report and the majority of senior leaders struggle with this.
1️⃣ So first, know that you're not alone if you feel this way.
2️⃣ And second, helping clients overcome this to unlock more confidence, ease, and balance is woven into all of my coaching programs.
I have space in both my Small Group Program and in my 1:1 Coaching!
😈 Stuck in an imposter loop? Do yourself a favor, DM me to discuss options.
You'll feel so much freedom once you deal with it.
