This week I wrapped up almost 4 years at DoorDash. I started in 2019, just a few months before the pandemic. While there's no denying the pandemic was hard on everyone, it presented different and unique challenges to us workplace professionals – the literal doors of our jobs closed.
And, through it, I learned new ways of looking at the workplace. The concept of "future of work" hit the front page as did the idea of building for 'ways of working' instead of for teams or the masses. I appreciated this shift in perspective.
Searching for a workplace job on the other side of these shifts will be different from before, but I'm excited to bring my 15+ years of experience – the last 3.5 of which have been transformational for me – to my next opportunity!
