Lauren Yarmuth is a seasoned professional with a background in living systems design principles and a strong focus on human potential. With a career spanning over 20 years, she has advised top global organizations on a wide range of topics including climate leadership, regenerative agriculture, sustainable buildings, and organizational change. Lauren's approach blends modern expertise, traditional wisdom, and collaborative efforts to achieve mutually beneficial results. She is adept at integrating diverse perspectives, distilling complex information, and fostering the necessary conditions for impactful change.

Currently, Lauren is involved in launching a new bioregional communities portfolio with the NoVo Foundation. Her past roles include serving as the Executive Director of Stone Barns Center, leading the Circle Economy division at IDEO, co-founding YR&G Sustainability (now WSP), teaching Sustainability at Columbia University, and working as a Director at ENSAR (now Rocky Mountain Institute).

Lauren's educational background includes studying Architecture at Rhode Island School of Design and Fairhaven College of Interdisciplinary Studies at Western Washington University. She has held various positions in prominent organizations such as the NoVo Foundation, Volgenau Climate Initiative, The Rockefeller Foundation, Ashoka, Stone Barns Center for Food & Agriculture, IDEO, Columbia University, New York University, YR&G (now WSP), DOMANI, and Rocky Mountain Institute.

Throughout her career, Lauren has demonstrated expertise in areas like climate action, sustainability, community development, and organizational strategy. Her unique blend of skills and experience make her a sought-after consultant and educator in the fields of regenerative practices, environmental stewardship, and social innovation.
