🇺🇲 + 🇬🇧 + 🇪🇺 strengthening ties to make aviation safer + more sustainable!

What do you get when you put five people in a room to discuss the promise and pitfalls of the energy transition + the future of safe flight? A fascinating, passionate, and energetic conversation that could go on for hours!

Earlier this week at Farnborough International, I joined a diverse group of transportation leaders from the U.K., EU, and the U.S. to exchange views on aviation safety and environmental priorities. Many thanks to Sustainable Skies World Summit for the kind invitation!

This week's visit also included engaging conversations with experts from MIT, University of Cambridge's Whittle Lab, University College London, UK DfT, and UK CAA, who are leading innovative research and implementing policies to reduce aviation's environmental impact.

I look forward to future discussions, collaboration, and most important, meaningful action.
