Lea Moser is a professional with a diverse background in gender studies, law, anthropology, and humanitarian work.

Lea holds a Masters in Gender Studies from Zentrum Für Wissenschaftliche Weiterbildung at Philipps-Universität Marburg, a degree in Law from Université Libre De Bruxelles, and a Bachelors in Anthropology and Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Tübingen.

Lea has worked with various organizations, including the Protection Sector at UNHCR, Inter-Agency Coordination at UNHCR, Project Manager for Refugee Projects at German Red Cross, Policy Division for Humanitarian Assistance at Auswärtiges Amt (Federal Foreign Office) Germany, and as a Counselor for Refugees at BTB Bildungszentrum GmbH in Berlin.

Moreover, Lea's experience includes roles as a Gender and Youth Trainee at the Participatory Development Programme at GIZ Egypt, Intern at CRISP, Project Coordinator at IFA (Institut für Auslandsbeziehungen), Intern in the Communications Unit at IFA, and Academic Tutor at the International Office at Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen. Additionally, Lea interned at the Goethe-Institut e.V.
