Lea Senft is a highly experienced manager currently working at the Environmental Defense Fund with a background in environmental policy, business, and studies.

Having obtained a Master's degree in Environmental Policy & Business from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies & Public Policy from Franklin & Marshall College, Lea has a strong educational foundation in her field.

Prior to her current position, she served as a Constituent Advocate at the U.S. House of Representatives and held multiple internships at prestigious organizations including the US Environmental Protection Agency and The Nature Conservancy.

Lea has also contributed to research and fieldwork, like her role as an Economics Research Assistant at Franklin & Marshall College and an Animal Behavior Intern at the Philadelphia Zoo.
