With all the talk about how jobs are changing- whether it be from AI or remote work- I wanted to dig deeper into how we actually create job descriptions, the actual roadmap for employee success and satisfaction.
I'd love to hear from people about how they are rethinking job descriptions. Or are we still in business of copying and pasting JDs from a job 5-10 years ago (I get it, I've been there!)

Are you, or do you know, a parent learner? Someone who is currently going to college who is also a parent to a child under 18 years of age?
If so, I'd love to connect. We are doing some long term work in this space so please DM me if you are part of this community of students.
Of course, any engagement is paid so there is an opportunity to earn some extra money as well. Thanks for spreading the word!
