With a background in Natural Resources/Conservation, Sociology, Philosophy, and a Master's in Equity and Social Justice in Education, Leah is well-equipped with the knowledge and skills to drive impactful change.

During her academic journey, Leah achieved notable grades, including a 4.0 in her Master of Arts and actively engaged in various educational avenues to broaden her understanding.

Leah Kaplan has been actively involved in organizations such as United 4 Social Change, The Y (YMCA), and Transitions-Mental Health Association, where she contributed to social causes, youth programs, and mental health initiatives.

With experiences ranging from being a Yoga Instructor, Tutor, Park Ranger Aide, English Second Language Teacher, to a Student Teacher and Data Analysis Intern, Leah has a diverse skill set that she brings to her commitment to education and social justice.
