Leah Rutz, MBA, is a seasoned professional with a diverse educational background and a wealth of experience in customer success, business development, and international relations.

Leah pursued her higher education at various prestigious institutions, including the University of Oregon, University of Cape Town, Pontificia Universidade Catolica - Rio de Janeiro, and Saint Louis University - Madrid. She also participated in an MBA Exchange program at UW Foster School of Business.

With a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a minor in Political Science, along with a Master of Business Administration, Leah possesses a strong academic foundation for her professional endeavors.

Throughout her career, Leah has held key roles in prominent organizations. She has served as a Manager and Team Lead in Customer Success at Smarsh, where she also worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager. Additionally, she gained experience as a Customer Success Manager at Zapproved and held positions at SurveyMonkey and inDinero in business development and sales.

Leah's international experience includes roles at the Embassy of the Republic of Angola in South Korea, where she worked as a Cooperation Officer, Translator, and Administrative Assistant. Furthermore, she has experience as an English Language Instructor at Haba School.
