Highlights
On stage taking selfies again at #CTOCraft’s biggest conference to date. Hope I don’t fluff my jokes in front of hundreds of my industry peers. 😬
Had fun 🎤 hosting CTO Craft's first product showcase last night. When I joined as a mentoring-CTO it was nowhere near the reach it has now. With two sellout conferences last year, a product suite that includes events, coaching, peer-mentoring circles, a learning platform, weekly digests of things leaders care about and a community that still answers my questions when I'm stuck or need a shift in my thinking. Other "community businesses" are coming to us to ask how to build a community like we did, through word of mouth, without any normal marketing!
And nice to have partners, investors, mentors, coaches and people outside the CTO community come see what 16000 tech leaders do to fuel their growth.
Can't wait to see what CTO Craft achieves in 2024
