In terms of professional experience, Leen has held several significant roles at Heineken, a renowned beverage company, including Marketing Manager Beer, CMI & Media at Heineken Egypt, Marketing Director at Heineken Myanmar, and Portfolio Strategy Manager at HEINEKEN.

Earlier in Leen's career, they garnered valuable experience working at Heineken International in various positions such as Senior Brand Manager, Trade Marketing Manager, and Brand Manager for the Gulf Region in partnership with Sirocco, a joint venture with Emirates Group.

Prior to these roles, Leen served as a Market Research Specialist and Management Trainee at Heineken Egypt - Al Ahram Beverages Company, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of the industry from different perspectives.
