Throughout her career, Leena Nair has held various leadership positions within Unilever, including Senior Vice President of Leadership and Organisation Development, Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion, Executive Director, and Vice President of HR for South Asia.

Leena Nair's expertise extends beyond Unilever, having served as a Non-Executive Board Member at BT, Advisor of the International Council at Università Bocconi, and on the Board of various organizations such as the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) and The Leverhulme Trust.
