So we miss a payment to renew one of our LinkedIn Sales Navigator accounts which come at close to 100$ a pop and guess what after making payment you log in just to find that all data is gone and the program greets you with a welcome screen and explains you the app etc... Really? Now I'm told they can restore maybe some of the data as an "exception" in my case.
Is this for real? You dont think there should be a grace period of at least 7 days to a month to keep the data? We paid 100$ for over 2 years almost and the hour you miss a payment they delete your data, than some call centre schmuck is all benevolently telling you "in this case we might restore some of the data"????
Helpful would be to adjust your service level to the level of subscription fees you take.
Anyone else had experience with this ? Alternatives around ? interested to hear how that played out for others
