Leona Kohen is a seasoned Strategist and Creative Director, known for her expertise in innovation, experience design, and service design. She is the founder of Ideas and Experiments, a creative agency that specializes in interesting and meaningful projects. Leona has a strong passion for public sector innovation and retail, having collaborated with renowned brands such as La Mer, Bobbi Brown, and Pernod Ricard.

With a background in journalism and a Master's in Cultural Reporting and Criticism from New York University, Leona brings a unique perspective to her work. She holds a Bachelor's degree from McGill University in Psychology and Economics, enriching her strategic approach with a multi-faceted understanding of human behavior and market dynamics.

Prior to founding Ideas and Experiments, Leona held key positions at R/GA, where she served as Group Creative Director and Head of Experience Strategy. During her tenure, she led projects for prominent clients including Nike, Uber, USPS, JPMC, Planned Parenthood, Tiffany, and Verizon. Before joining R/GA, she honed her skills as an innovation consultant at ?WhatIf! and gained valuable experience in social change consulting at Manifest Communications in Toronto.

Leona's diverse professional journey includes roles at distinguished organizations such as The New Yorker, Center for an Urban Future, The Walrus, Public Inc., and Endeavor. Her rich background encompasses editorial work, research, project management, and communications consulting, reflecting a versatile skill set that she brings to her current role as the driving force behind Ideas and Experiments.
