Li Ding

Vice President at NPI-Non-Profit Incubator

Ms. Ding Li, with over 11 years of experience in multinational corporations and 11 years in China's Third Sector, currently serves as the Vice President of NPI, a leading NGO support organization in China.

In her role at NPI since May 2008, Ms. Ding oversees PR & Communication, R&D, strategic planning, and initiatives like the Social Entrepreneur Institute and the Venture Philanthropy Fund, while expanding NPI's network.

Previously, from 2005 to 2008, she worked at Conservation International China Program as the Business Partnerships Program Officer, engaging top enterprises in eco-friendly business practices and conservation investments.

Prior to that, Ms. Ding held positions at Unilever China as Marketing Controller and at L'Oreal China and Danone Group in product and brand management roles.

Ding Li is involved in global initiatives as a council member of the World Economic Forum's Global Agenda on Social Innovation and serves on the Political Consultative Conference in Shanghai Pudong District.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Science/Studies from Shanghai University's Liberal Arts School.
