Lillian's professional experience ranges from being a Chef De Partie at prominent establishments like Magnus och Magnus and Restaurant L'horizon to serving as an owner of The Twaala Group of Companies.

She also holds certifications such as being a 2010 certified Member of the French association 'Devoir du champignon.'

Passionate about giving back and enriching the world with African culture, Lillian has established several entities under The Twaala Group, including Twaala Health, Twaala Retreats and Resorts, Twaala Restaurants, and Twaala Farms.

Her dedication to promoting nutrition, wellness, and cultural heritage shines through these ventures.
