Lincoln Ajoku is a seasoned International Development professional with over 12 years of experience in various sectors including government, multilateral organizations, NGOs, and civil society organizations.

Specializing in areas such as basic education, technical education, gender equality, and social protection, Lincoln has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills through project management, providing technical support, and advising on projects aimed at reforming education systems, developing social protection programs, and addressing barriers for business and trade.

With a passion for improving people's livelihoods and connecting education, innovation, and economic opportunities, Lincoln focuses on assisting individuals, particularly those in fragile or humanitarian contexts.

In his career, Lincoln has held key positions such as Director, Content and Planning at Culture & Conversations on Africa™, Project Lead at the World Economic Forum, Education Advisor at Concern Worldwide, Director - Alumni in Policy and Public Leadership at Teach For America, Education Consultant at The World Bank, Scott Fellow - Special Advisor at the Ministry of Education in Liberia, among others.

Throughout his professional journey, Lincoln has also served as a Consultant at the United Nations Development Programme, a 4th Grade Teacher and Teach for America Corps Member, a Research Intern at Catholic Relief Services in Ethiopia, and a Fellow at the Jeannette J. Watson Program.
