Reflecting on how the codeHive residential model has shown that the significant contributions we are making and are yet to make in the tech industry is evident. Our alumni who have been incredibly successful are my guide in this reflection.

I am tremendously proud of the work we have done so far, knowing full well that the growing challenges facing women in tech are making our mission all the more vital, especially for communities facing extreme barriers

For the past 5 years of the residential model, we have focused on a singular conviction; to demonstrate our commitment to driving diversity and inclusion within the technology sector, and I cannot wait to share the remarkable impact the codeHive model has had in creating opportunities for young women in #Africa. #SheBuilds #SheServes #SheLeads

Stay tuned!
