Linda Lohr

Linda Lohr is a seasoned Portfolio Strategist with a rich background in the pharmaceutical and petrochemical industries, encompassing leadership and scientific roles.

Linda holds a B.A. in Chemistry and Art History with a minor in Economics from Williams College, followed by a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from Yale University, where she specialized in solid-state NMR instrumentation design.

During her post-doctoral tenure at Exxon-Mobil, Linda excelled in developing polymerization catalysts, leading to a four-fold increase in productivity in polymer manufacturing.

At Otsuka Pharmaceuticals, she spearheaded the development of a new product line of NMR spectrometers, from engineering design to market launch.

Joining Pfizer initially as an analytical scientist, Linda progressed to roles in technology strategy, introducing solid-state NMR and launching the Structural Elucidation Group.

Her accomplishments at Pfizer include winning the Global Scientific Achievement Award and leading the fastest CAN to first-in-patient delivery in company history.

Transitioning to Materials Science, Linda managed solid form selection and solid-state characterization while engaging in healthcare reform discussions at national levels.

As a Senior Director at Pfizer, Linda blends scientific expertise with business acumen to oversee the pre-POC portfolio for Pharmaceutical Sciences.

Aside from her professional roles, Linda is a mentor, a proponent of women's issues, and an advocate for science policy.

She is an accomplished author with multiple publications and presentations, including contributions in materials science and analytical technologies.
