Lindley Mease is a dedicated facilitator, organizer, and fundraiser deeply engaged in the intersection of climate change and social justice. As the Director of the CLIMA Fund, Lindley forges lasting partnerships globally with public foundations and grassroots climate movements. Additionally, she co-founded and directs Blue Heart, a platform mobilizing young professionals for local social justice causes in the Bay Area. Lindley also offers freelance training and mediation services to empower individuals and groups in navigating systemic challenges.

With a background in interdisciplinary environmental science and policy from Stanford University, Lindley utilizes her expertise as a teacher at Stanford's d.school and as a mediator in Oakland. Renowned for her public speaking, Lindley has addressed prestigious forums like Opportunity Collaboration, Net Impact, and Bioneers, contributing to critical discussions on environmental issues. Certified in mediation, facilitation, counseling, and wilderness first response, Lindley embodies a multifaceted skill set tailored to address complex social and environmental dilemmas. Outside of her professional endeavors, Lindley finds solace in nature through gardening and hiking in the mountains.
