Jazz Dance Educator, Choreographer and Scholar

Lindsay Guarino is a highly accomplished individual with a strong background in dance education and administration.

She holds a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Dance from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Dance from State University of New York at Buffalo, showcasing her dedication to academic excellence and the arts.

Currently, Lindsay Guarino serves as the Associate Professor of Dance and Department Chair of Music, Theatre, and Dance at Salve Regina University, where she imparts her expertise and passion for dance to students.

Her previous roles include being a Professor at the National Dance Education Organization's Online Professional Development Institute and co-editor of 'Jazz Dance: A History of the Roots and Branches.' Lindsay also contributed as Adjunct Faculty in the Dance Program at Providence College, further solidifying her commitment to dance education.

With a wealth of experience and knowledge in the field of dance, Lindsay Guarino continues to make significant contributions to the world of performing arts and dance education.
